The following is a list of sides and other items that will be available at the Vibug holiday party. There could be more, but here is the list as we have it now:

cheese and crackers with fresh fruit 

Your entree choice with sides:
couscous with Artichoke hearts and walnuts.
Autumn Squash Gratin
Maria’s German style potato salad
green salad 
Dessert
Homemade Chocolate cake and frosting
Fabulous homemade gingerbread.

2006 Vibug Holiday Party Invitation

You are invited to attend the VIBUGholiday  Party which will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2006 from 1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.  The location is the
Democracy Center

This location is in Harvard Square, and is about a 5-10 minute walk from the red line MBTA stop.

The festivities will begin promptly at 1:00pm and will include a luscious home cooked and catered meal. Please see entree choices below for your RSVP. 
Non alcoholic refreshments also will be served.  We’ll have music. After dinner please join in our sing along with musical accompaniment.  Braille and
large format song sheets will be provided.  A great time will be had by all. 

The cost is $20 per person. Family members, best friends and significant others are certainly welcomed.
There is a 40 person limit on attendees so please RSVP Promptly.
Payment of $20 per person is made at the door, in  cash.
RSVP Deadline is Friday December 1.

In your email RSVP please select one of the following 4 Entree Choices for each person attending:

1. Bourbon BBQ Beef  with House made BBQ sauce
2. Grilled Mediterranean Chicken Breast With fresh oregano and lemon zest
3. Pan-seared Salmon With ginger, lemongrass scallion sauce
4. Chicken Lasagna Made with grilled chicken and baked with rich tomato sauce & cheese 

Polocy on alcoholic beverages: may BYOB, please expect to share.
